Split Name (Text to columns)

If you want to split name as First Name, Middle Name & Last Name. You don't need to worry. You have to just use Text to column option. It will break text into three columns FirstName, MiddleName & LastName. It is very helpful tool in excel.

Select the cells to be separated.
Click on Data Menu from the menu bar and choose Text to Columns
Choose Delimited and Click on next.
Choose the Delimiter that is used in the column, such as space (because text has space but you can choose commas, semicolon & others if text has all this) and click on Next
Select General Choose Destination where you want to extract the names & finish.
